Providing space and time for you to reconnect mind and body, centre yourself and improve your physical and mental health and wellbeing through sports massage therapy, yoga and pilates.

Often we can feel bogged down and overwhelmed with no time for ourselves even though we are surrounded by endless messages about prioritizing self-care it seems we don’t really know where to begin.

Clients come to me wanting to learn how to slow down, find some focus, some time out of the stresses of every life and to feel better in themselves and their bodies.

Through a mix of massage and classes we carve time out of your busy schedule to allow you to breathe and centre yourself, bringing you a calmer mind and a stronger, healthier body.

Yoga and pilates plans can be personalized in order to achieve the maximum results for your desired goals in the time you have available.

My clients have found they feel more centred and focused and deal better with the general overwhelm of day to day life whilst also feeling stronger and more flexible in their bodies.
